Having just returned home after a wonderful holiday at Amistad we would like to book the Villa for next year. The house in Menorca was a lot bigger than we thought and the photos on your web site dont do it justice. Brilliant view from the upstairs balcony where we enjoyed many a night sitting down and relaxing with a glass of wine looking at the bay. Good facilities too with the dishwasher & washing machine which came in very handy over the fortnight. Would definitely recommend it to friends and we hope to stay there again some day. Just to say what a wonderful time both me and my husband had at Delfin Villa in Orba. The villa was lovely and spacious and extremely clean. The private pool was fantastic, especially with the wonderful mountain views. We had a great week and visited lots of nearby villages and cities. We dined out everyday (fab restaurants especially in Alcalali!) When we were at the villa we made good use of the BBQ - it was great sitting out on the patio in the sun with those views! Calamora is a great place to stay. It is well appointed and superbly equipped, with many thoughtful touches, such as detailed information on all the eating places and shops in the village. This is our sixth visit to Orba but staying in the centre of the village made it special as we were able to interact much more fully with the locals and everywhere was within walking distance which was especially welcome when we had been visiting one of the bars! Just to say how much we enjoyed our stay at Serpentona and our two weeks in Cala Galdana. The house was excellent, very well equipped, the views outstanding from the balconies and we were amazed at the domestic stuff we found in the house. Cala Galdana is quite the prettiest resort on the island. We look forward to returning some time in the future. The Gorge is outstanding and well worth a walk as far inland as you can get on foot, as are the walks to the nearest Calas east and west of Cala Galdana. Bar Suzy is a delight. The cooking facilities were excellent. As we were leaving, Cala Galdana was just coming to life for the season. The SYP supermarket on the outskirts of Ciutadella was the nearest hypermarket we found, selling absolutely everything, has a café as well.
