Welcome to our ten houses, equipped and marketed especially with the British in mind.

A welcome pack will greet you on your arrival of; wine, mineral water, tea, coffee, milk, sugar, bread, flora and eggs, or if you are feeling hot, you may want to just jump straight into your own crystal clear swimming pool.

Our pretty village of Orba is situated 14kms up from the interesting varied coastline of the Costa Blanca in the foothills of the Val de Laguart and Jalon mountains.

All of our houses are fitted with a security safe for your valuables and personal effects, each master bedroom is supplied with a hairdryer, and some of our properties have air-conditioning. Brian cleans our pools weekly and our cleaners clean each property to a high standard before and after each let.

For your comfort, we only use top quality "John Lewis" bed linen, bath and hand towels.

New last year, we have introduced our own privately owned seaside Village House in Menorca. Situated in Cala Galdana overlooking the beautiful gentle and safe horseshoe shaped sandy bay which is the picture shown at the top of all our pages. If you know the Spanish mainland well, you may like to take this opportunity to try the pretty little Spanish island of Menorca. As this property is conveniently close to the well stocked local supermarkets, no grocery pack is supplied.
